A guided route from requirement to production
Every project begins with a clear definition of function, interfaces, materials, responsibilities, and deliverables. The process is scaled to the work: a build-to-print part may move quickly, while a new product or assembly may require engineering, prototype, and approval stages.
From requirement to production
Requirement Review
Review the product function, drawings, specifications, samples, quality, timeline, standards, interfaces, and current bottleneck.
Scope and Responsibility
Review the product function, drawings, specifications, samples, quantity, timeline, workload, interfaces, and current bottleneck.
Engineering and DFM
Review manufacturability, tolerances, materials, weld and braze processes, assembly sequences, critical dimensions, material selection, and inspection approach.
Quotation and Release
Issue a quote with assumptions, quantities, lead time, technical clarifications, deliverables, and change-control notes. Work begins after commercial and technical release.
Prototype or First Article
Produce a sample or first article when required. Review fit, function, manufacturing observations, inspection results, and any design updates.
Approval and Production
Freeze the approved revision, prepare production documentation, manufacture the parts or subassemblies, and complete the agreed inspection and packaging steps.
Repeat Supply
Use controlled drawings, revision history, inspection criteria, and production methods to support repeat orders and future variants.
