Built around your controls

Lotus Pwr develops wall-mounted and floor-mounted control cabinet enclosures around the specified components, operator interface, wiring layout, cable entry, thermal conditions, installation environment, and service-access requirements.

Technical Design Considerations

Component layout

Terminal blocks, relays, HMIs, PLCs, power supplies, meters, disconnects, and customer-specified devices.

Mounting system

Panels, DIN rails, studs, brackets, wireway, grounding bars, and removable subassemblies.

Operator interface

HMI/display cutouts, push buttons, selector switches, indicators, labels, viewing height, and door stiffness.

Cable and wire routing

Gland plates, conduit entries, segregation, bend radius, service loops, terminal access, and wireway fill assumptions supplied by the design authority.

Thermal management

Heat load, component spacing, natural ventilation, fan/filter provisions, heat exchangers or cooling cutouts, and ambient conditions.

Mounting and service

Wall/floor configuration, door swing, locks, interlocks, removable panels, lifting, anchoring, and maintenance access.

Environmental target

Type 1 or Type 3R project requirements, gasket path, drainage, corrosion exposure, finish, and outdoor solar/weather considerations.

Manufacturing control

Cutout coordinates, panel flatness, hardware, grounding/bonding points, coating allowance, labeling provisions, and first-article inspection.
